Vitomir Žunić is the founder of Zunic Law Firm. He established the firm in 1991 after spending several years as an in-house lawyer and as an associate at the Supreme Court of Vojvodina. The firm was founded to provide a place where individuals and companies could obtain sound legal advice and develop a trustworthy relationship with their attorney.

Vitomir’s tremendous thirty years of experience in legal practice includes a wide array of commercial and business law areas including Real Estate and Property Law, Corporate Law, Restructuring, Insolvency, Dispute Resolution, and Labor & Employment Law. Vitomir Žunić offers a complete suite of legal services to some of the leading companies in Serbia and the Balkan region. Most of his clients have developed long-standing cooperation with the firm lasting for more than a decade.

Whilst overseeing the firm’s work, Vitomir personally handles complex disputes and creates structures for businesses, entrepreneurs, companies and high-net-worth clients. He advises on all aspects of company formation and restructuring, including the drafting of bespoke Articles of Association and shareholder agreements; resolving shareholder disputes and advising majority or minority shareholders on their respective rights. His role also involves dealing with director and shareholder exits including negotiating the terms of exit and advising on all aspects of Corporate Law. He advises various medium-sized businesses as well as large enterprises in respect of Labor & Employment Law; his success rate in Labor & Employment Law disputes is considerably high. In addition, his expertise includes all kinds of dealing with Real Estate and Property. Vitomir Žunić has further gained extensive experience in white-collar crimes.
