Milica Čučković is an independent Attorney at Law in cooperation with Joint Zunic Law Firm Belgrade since 2022. She is a member of the Bar Association of Belgrade, with a registered seat in Belgrade.

Her areas of expertise include Intellectual Property Law, Media Law, Commercial Contracts, and IT Law.

Milica is experienced in the fields of Media Law and Copyright. In addition to representing publishers of print and electronic media before the courts, she has advised electronic media publishers when drafting rules of use and privacy policies for media portals and drafting agreements on the transfer of media publishing rights.

Milica has represented and advised banks, insurance companies, public companies, and other economic entities in litigation and enforcement proceedings.

As an associate, Milica has also participated in the project of improving domestic legislation in the field of electronic governance, in cooperation with the Office for Information Technology and Electronic Government, with the support of the World Bank.

During her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, Milica has completed a two-month summer internship at the National Bank of Serbia, in the Banking Supervision Department. She was a member of the debate club and the literary club at the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade. Milica is currently pursuing a master’s degree at the same faculty in the sub-module Intellectual Property and Information Society.

Milica speaks Serbian (native) and is fully fluent in English.
