Nina Radin is an Attorney at Law at Joint Zunic Law Firm Novi Sad. Nina is a member of the Bar Association of Vojvodina and joined the team in 2017.
Her areas of expertise include Intellectual Property Law, IT Law, Real Estate, and Commercial Contracts and Trade.
Within the Intellectual Property Law, she is experienced in national and international trademark registration proceedings, industrial design and brand name proceedings, copyright (including internet copyright protection), internet domain protection, as well as processes concerning depositing works of authorship, and proceedings regarding confidentiality and trade secret. Nina’s expertise includes representing clients in disputes regarding the protection of trademarks and copyright, with experience in copyright proceedings before courts, as well as before the Intellectual Property Offices of the Republic of Serbia. Besides representing clients exercising protection, and in disputes, she has vast experience in drafting all types of agreements in the field of intellectual property, especially: agreements on the transfer of intellectual property rights, copyright agreements, trademark license agreements, etc.
Nina also specializes in contractual relations in International Corporate Law, with a particular focus on agreements on consulting services, distribution agreements, mediation agreements, master service agreements, agreements on sale and purchase of goods and services, as well as drafting and consulting regarding agreements on development and release of video games.
In the field of Real Estate, she is specialized in offering legal services to local and international natural and legal bodies in real estate processes regarding sale and purchase of property, with contracting parties physically present in Serbia, and those who are not, including representing during the process of sale and purchase of property from investors under construction; also drafting of complex lease agreements, as well as disputes regarding real estate matters.
Nina completed her LL.M. studies in International Commercial Law, International Protection of Human Rights, Commercial Law of the European Union and International Affairs at Faculty of Law at the University of Novi Sad. Her master thesis entitled “Compensation for the Damage Caused by the Violation of the Right to a Trial within a Reasonable Time” was awarded the highest grade.
She was a member of a team representing her faculty at the most prestigious international competition in International Law, Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna. Prior to that, she also competed in regional rounds at the Sofia Vis Pre-Moot 2017 at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) and the Belgrade Open Pre-Moot Competition 2017, achieving great success.
Nina speaks Serbian (native) and is fully fluent in English. She also has knowledge of Spanish and German.
