Olivera Nećak is an Associate at Zunic Law Firm. She joined the team in 2020.
Olivera specializes in the department of Immigration, Company, and Labor & Employment Law, and along with the attorneys specialized in these areas provides services of obtaining temporary residence permits and work permits, acquiring and releasing from Serbian citizenship, establishing legal entities, and many others. In addition, Olivera works with attorneys specializing in family law, and assists attorneys in providing legal services in the field of enforcement proceedings.
Before she started working at the Zunic Law Firm at the beginning of 2020, she completed her bachelor academic studies at the University of Novi Sad with excellent grades. She continued her studies at the same faculty, where she is currently pursuing a master’s degree. During her studies, Olivera was a Scholar of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development for her success.
During her bachelor studies, she finished internships at the criminal department of the Court of Appeals in Novi Sad and the Office of the Provincial Ombudsman in Novi Sad. She is also a member of ELSA, and in 2020 she participated in research on “Internet censorship”, and is one of the authors of this publication, which was published in December 2020.
Olivera is fluent in English and is familiar with Spanish, Italian, and German.
