Jelena Obradović is an Attorney at Law and a Senior Associate in cooperation with Zunic Law Firm in Belgrade. She is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association.

Jelena is a seasoned lawyer specialized in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Competition Law, and Regulatory Compliance. As a pragmatic and client-focused attorney, she has extensive experience representing clients in multi-jurisdictional merger control proceedings and in investigations of competition law violations, as well as advising on compliance issues that clients encounter in their day-to-day operations.

Jelena has been recognized by the prestigious legal directory Legal500 as a Rising Star in the field of competition law for 2024 and 2023.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, as the top student in her class and among the top 100 students in Serbia. She completed her Master’s studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, and the University of Cambridge. While at Cambridge, she was a recipient of scholarships from the Cambridge Overseas Trust and the Open Society Foundation.

Jelena is fluent in English and Spanish and has a working knowledge of French.
