So, if you are an employer who is a natural person, your New Year\u2019s present was the possibility to pay from<strong> 5,000<\/strong> to <strong>150,000<\/strong> dinars! The loss from <strong>10,000<\/strong> to <strong>500,000<\/strong> dinars awaited entrepreneurs under the Christmas tree. And the last but not least \u2013 if you are an employer who is a legal entity \u2013 you could have lost from <strong>300,000<\/strong> to even<strong> 1.5 million<\/strong> dinars!<\/p><p>But this year, Santa Claus paid special attention to you. More precisely, employers were obligated to change the data in accordance with the Decision on a unified codebook for entering and coding the data in the records in the field of labor by the end of 2019. The originally scheduled deadline for updating the data has been extended for another year, i.e. by the end of 2020.<\/p><p>The Code of the qualification levels, applicable as of January 01, 2019, has been provided by the Government\u2019s Decision of 2018, and since 14, 2019, the modification of data has also been enabled at the portal for taxpayers of the Central Registry of Compulsory Social Insurance.<\/p><\/div><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2>What Data Should Be Updated?<\/h2><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/section><div class=\"avia-image-container av-k6m6zgbs-e5ac50b5b64f235fa98c7a6209325c66 av-styling- avia-align-center avia-builder-el-10 el_after_av_textblock el_before_av_textblock \"><div class=\"avia-image-container-inner\"><div class=\"avia-image-overlay-wrap\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><\/div><section class=\"av_textblock_section av-jnfrqfkn-5e1f5f34e60d9386c2ecbc3ed5c04360\"><div class=\"avia_textblock linkz\"><ul><li>occupation, according to the classification of occupation, which is required for work engagements in specific jobs, i.e. working position,<\/li><li>the category and the level of qualifications, i.e. education, which are the conditions for work engagements on specific jobs, i.e. working position,<\/li><li>the category and the level of qualifications, i.e. the education a person holds.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/section><div class=\"avia-image-container av-k6m6zgbs-0bccb9aaa0b07c842c5cf13243e847e3 av-styling- avia-align-center avia-builder-el-12 el_after_av_textblock el_before_av_textblock \"><div class=\"avia-image-container-inner\"><div class=\"avia-image-overlay-wrap\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><\/div><section class=\"av_textblock_section av-jnfrqfkn-5e1f5f34e60d9386c2ecbc3ed5c04360\"><div class=\"avia_textblock linkz\"><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>What Has Changed and What Is Different Compared to the Old Qualifications?<\/h2><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>So, the essential change is that the previous system of vocational education was replaced by a new system \u2013 NQFS (NATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS FRAMEWORK IN SERBIA) levels.<\/p><p>Let\u2019s see what it looks like now:<\/p><\/div><\/section><div class=\"avia-image-container av-k6m6zgbs-afbd99fec9f5eee0d1482348e0c5ac0f av-styling- avia-align-center avia-builder-el-14 el_after_av_textblock el_before_av_image \"><div class=\"avia-image-container-inner\"><div class=\"avia-image-overlay-wrap\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-21822 avia-img-lazy-loading-not-21822 avia_image \" src=\"https:\/\/zuniclaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/REZANJE-1.1_Vizual-engleski_NOKS-tabela_Sla%C4%91a_20.03.2020..jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 630px) 100vw, 630px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zuniclaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/REZANJE-1.1_Vizual-engleski_NOKS-tabela_Sla\u0111a_20.03.2020..jpg 630w, https:\/\/zuniclaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/REZANJE-1.1_Vizual-engleski_NOKS-tabela_Sla\u0111a_20.03.2020.-186x300.jpg 186w, https:\/\/zuniclaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/REZANJE-1.1_Vizual-engleski_NOKS-tabela_Sla\u0111a_20.03.2020.-437x705.jpg 437w\" alt=\"\" width=\"630\" height=\"1017\" \/><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"avia-image-container av-k6m6zgbs-ff2b0f35b9432145096acd055be7c418 av-styling- avia-align-center avia-builder-el-15 el_after_av_image el_before_av_textblock \"><div class=\"avia-image-container-inner\"><div class=\"avia-image-overlay-wrap\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><\/div><section class=\"av_textblock_section av-jnfrqfkn-5e1f5f34e60d9386c2ecbc3ed5c04360\"><div class=\"avia_textblock linkz\"><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>What Does it Mean for You?<\/h2><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>If you are an employer with more than 10 employees, keep in mind that the Labor Law provides the obligation to<a href=\"https:\/\/zuniclaw.com\/en\/practice-areas\/labor-employment\/\"> adopt a Rulebook on Organization and Systematization of Work Positions<\/a>, which should also be harmonized with the Codebook.<\/p><p>It is also <a href=\"https:\/\/zuniclaw.com\/en\/labor-law-serbia\/\">necessary to adapt other internal act<\/a>s to the new qualifications.<\/p><p>It is useful to know that the Codebook, besides the codes of the qualification levels, also contains codes related to occupation, countries, municipalities and settlements in the Republic of Serbia.<\/p><p>The new way of qualification clearly and accurately distinguishes all the levels, which will certainly facilitate communication between employers and persons searching for employment.
