On Wednesday, April 24th, at the Press Centre of The Serbia Journalists\u2019 Association, representatives of the Zunic Law firm, attorneys Jelena \u0110ukanovi\u0107 and Jelena Obradovi\u0107, presented proposals for the regulation of digital food delivery platforms in Serbia at the first hybrid roundtable. This event was part of a project entitled “DIGI-SYNC Serbia: Let’s accelerate the harmonization of regulations with EU standards in the governance of digital platforms<\/strong>,” implemented in collaboration with the Public Policy Research Centre.<\/a><\/p>

Given the importance of regulating digital food delivery platforms in the context of enhancing competition and aligning with European Union standards, this event was of exceptional significance. Key aspects of regulating these platforms were discussed at the roundtable, with the participation of experts from various fields, aiming to achieve broader social consensus on this topic.<\/p>

The Zunic Law team, together with partners from the Center for Public Policy Research, presented a proposal for regulating digital food delivery platforms in Serbia, which resulted from six months of intensive research and work. The proposal is aimed at improving business conditions in the digital food delivery sector and creating better employment opportunities.<\/p>

The publication containing detailed proposals, available at the following link<\/a>, represents a step forward in creating a transparent and fair business environment for digital food delivery platforms in Serbia. The Zunic Law team, led by partner Tijana \u017duni\u0107 Mari\u0107<\/a> and attorneys Jelena \u0110ukanovi\u0107<\/a> and Jelena Obradovi\u0107,<\/a> worked on drafting the proposal.<\/p>
