Kristina Jevtić is a Legal Associate at Joint Zunic Law Firm Belgrade and a member of the Belgrade Bar Association. Her specialization includes complex areas of law such as Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions, EU Company Law, Insolvency Law, International Commercial Law, and Intellectual Property Law.

Kristina assists in handling complex cases within her areas of specialization, where she is responsible for analyzing legal situations, preparing dispute resolution strategies, and supporting clients during negotiations and procedures, contributing to the successful resolution of complex legal matters for the firm.

Kristina graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, specializing in the Judicial-Administrative track. She successfully completed her Master’s studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, in the submodule of Company Law. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Business Law.

She was appointed as a teaching associate (outside of regular employment) – demonstrator in Corporate Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade.

Kristina continuously develops her expertise in business law by attending numerous seminars and courses.

She has completed internships at the law firm HSK RECHTSANWÄLTE KROLL UND KOLLEGEN Partnerschaft m.b.B in Ingolstadt, Germany, at the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade – Special Department for Combating Corruption, and at Erste Bank.

She speaks German and English.
