The Website https://zuniclaw.com/en/ (hereinafter: Website) is a presentation website of Zunic Law Firm with a seat in Novi Sad registered at Vojvodina Bar Association, and Zunic Law Firm with a seat in Belgrade registered at Belgrade Bar Association, and which is comprised of members listed on page https://zuniclaw.com/en/contact/ and on page https://zuniclaw.com/en/team/ according to their registered seat and place of performing business activities.

Zunic Law Firm Novi Sad and Zunic Law Firm Belgrade are not branches, representative offices, or similar forms of joint organizations and they function completely independently in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia.

Attorneys at Law who are not registered with the law firm are independent service providers in cooperation with one of the abovementioned law firms.

The terms “partner” and “managing partner” represent the members of one of the law firms, or the consultants and independent Attorneys at Law with equal professional qualifications or professional status in Serbia. Mentioning any other work position does not imply an employment relationship or a similar relationship with any of the law firms.

Nothing in the content of our Website is created with the aim to solicit clients or advertise services and should not be construed as such. We welcome queries and, upon email request, may exercise its discretion to supply a list of clients and projects we have been involved in.

These Terms of Use along with our Privacy Policy constitute an Agreement that applies to you.

By accessing or using the Website you are legally bound by this Agreement.

If you find anything in this text that you do not agree with, please stop using the Website.

Ž 2020/0597 on January 19, 2021 (hereinafter: Trademark) with the following holders of the right:

Any unauthorized use of any of the materials at our Website and/or any part of it, as well as the Trademark or business name without our permission shall be deemed an infringement of Intellectual Property Rights. We shall take all legal remedies to protect our Intellectual Property Rights immediately upon the knowledge of any unauthorized use.

Zunic Law Firm shall not be liable for any damages arising from missed, rescheduled, or canceled consultations, including but not limited to, any loss of time, business opportunities, or potential legal rights. Please note that these Terms of Use do not govern any legal consultations or future collaborations that may result from scheduling consultations through the Website.

9. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be settled by the competent court in Novi Sad, Serbia.
