Zunic Law is one of the leading law firms in Serbia, recognized by Legal500, Lexology Index, Who’s Who Legal, and Client Choice Awards.
Lexology Index named Zunic Law the Law Firm of the Year in Serbia for both 2025 and 2024.
We support clients in the areas of IT law, corporate law, employment law, contract law, intellectual property, data protection, real estate, and dispute resolution—with a particular focus on advising companies operating in the digital sphere.
Our team is led by graduates of top global universities, and the firm’s work standards are grounded in excellence, innovation, and a strong ethical culture.
We are building the next generation of legal practice through the smart use of technology and by fostering a client-centered and people-oriented culture.
In our team, we value innovation, independence, and professional growth. We believe that the best results come from an environment in which people feel motivated, supported, and inspired.
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager who will shape and lead the entire talent attraction process at Zunic Law.
This is not a traditional HR role – we are not looking for a generalist focused on internal HR operations.
We are looking for a specialist in Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition—someone who understands storytelling, employer brand identity, candidate behavior, and long-term hiring strategy, and who can help further strengthen the authentic and recognizable employer brand of Zunic Law.
If you are inspired by the combination of strategy, creativity, communication, and people-focused work—and if you want to have a real strategic impact on the growth of an organization—this is the right role for you.
This is a full-time position based in Belgrade or Novi Sad, with the option to work from home 5 days per month.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key role in the firm’s development and expansion by:
Creating and implementing a talent attraction strategy aligned with the firm’s brand and values;
Leading and enhancing employer branding initiatives across relevant channels (social media, digital campaigns, PR outreach to talent);
Improving the candidate experience through a personalized, professional, and transparent selection process;
Proactively monitoring trends in the talent market and the professional services industry;
Defining and optimizing the hiring process—from role scoping to final candidate selection;
Closely collaborating with partners and team leaders on team-growth strategy;
Planning, organizing, and executing employer branding projects and campaigns.
If you are motivated by dynamic work, creative content, communication, and having a strategic influence on team growth, you will instantly recognize yourself in how we operate.
