David Bojić is an Attorney at Law at Zunic Law Office in Belgrade. He specializes in corporate law, with a secondary focus on finance and commercial contracts.

In his work, David supports domestic and international clients on corporate governance, corporate changes and day-to-day corporate matters, as well as on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. He is particularly focused on providing practical, business-oriented solutions and clearly structuring legal risks, with an understanding of the broader financial and commercial context of transactions.

David obtained his LL.B. and LL.M. degrees (Business Law module) from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. His master’s thesis was titled “Electronic Registration of Company Formation.”
