Work Experience

Lenka Raković is a legal trainee at Joint Law Office Žunić in Novi Sad. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Novi Sad, ranking among the top students of her generation.

She pursued her master’s studies with a focus on international law, with particular interest in the international legal aspects of business operations and contemporary challenges in the application of international legal norms. During her studies, she participated in the Erasmus+ exchange program at the University of Regensburg, where she studied the common law system with a focus on civil and criminal law, further developing her understanding of comparative legal systems and European Union law.

She is a recipient of the Dositeja Scholarship for the 2024/25 academic year, awarded to students with outstanding academic achievement. She is also a scholarship recipient of the “Privrednik” Foundation. She particularly distinguished herself by winning second place at a regional Moot Court competition before the European Court of Human Rights, demonstrating strong analytical and advocacy skills.

During her studies, she completed internships at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, as well as at the Basic Court and the Higher Court in Novi Sad, where she gained practical experience in civil, criminal, and labor law.

Lenka is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of German and Turkish.
