Ilija Bursać is Business Development Manager at Zunic Law Firm in Novi Sad.

His primary role is the introduction of AI tools and automation into the firm’s business processes, with the goal of improving efficiency and the quality of service delivered to clients.

Ilija brings over 17 years of experience in business development and digital transformation. He built his career through founding and running his own business ventures, as well as through consulting engagements in the fields of technology and business development. Along the way, he developed deep expertise in business process analytics, the implementation of technological solutions, and performance measurement, working with clients across tourism, finance and insurance, the food industry, e-commerce, and media.

He places particular focus on applying AI tools to optimize business processes and developing automated solutions that increase efficiency and reduce operational costs. Beyond his strategic capabilities, he also possesses a deep technical understanding of modern technologies — from tracking and analytics systems to process automation and CRM integrations.

Ilija Bursać holds a degree in Management in Information Technology from the Faculty of Management, Union University in Belgrade. He is a fluent English speaker.
