Jelena Kovačević is the Operations Manager at Joint Zunic Law Firm Belgrade, having joined the team in August 2023. In her role, she is primarily responsible for client onboarding and ensuring the smooth operational and technical functioning of the Zunic Law in Belgrade.

 

Before joining the Zunic Law team, Jelena worked as a translator for Italian and English at a joint Italian-Serbian company specializing in accounting and tax consulting. Her responsibilities included managing client relations, conducting written and consecutive translations, and overseeing administrative office tasks.

 

Following her studies at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade, she further honed her skills by attending numerous courses and seminars. She participated in a summer school for foreigners studying Italian language and literature at the University for Foreigners in Siena, as well as a course for professional translators organized by the Association of Professional and Scientific Translators of Serbia.

 

Benefiting from scholarships from the Government of the Republic of Italy and the Fund for Youth Talents of the Republic of Serbia, Jelena pursued her master’s studies at the University “Roma Tre” in Rome. During her postgraduate studies, she completed an internship at the Interuniversity Research Centre on Sustainable Development (CIRPS) at the University “La Sapienza” in Rome.

 

 

Jelena speaks Serbian (native) and is fluent in Italian and English.
