Nada is a seasoned HR professional whose career is dedicated to the “people” side of business, specializing in talent acquisition, organizational culture, and employer branding. Before joining Žunić Law, she honed her expertise as a People Operations Specialist within a high-growth Swiss FinTech environment. There, she played a pivotal role in scaling international teams and shaping internal narratives, while focusing on the modernization of HR workflows and the implementation of data-driven processes to enhance operational efficiency.

This background in tech-driven operations, combined with her earlier creative roots in cultural project management, allows Nada to look at the “big picture.” As our Talent Acquisition Manager, she acts as a strategic matchmaker, identifying individuals who truly align with our firm’s values. Simultaneously, as an Employer Branding Specialist, she leverages her experience in digital media and community building to tell the authentic story of life at Žunić Law, ensuring we remain a top destination for premier legal talent.

Nada’s professional foundation is built on a unique academic journey and a commitment to continuous learning. Originally a student of Pharmacy at the Faculty of Medicine, she brings a methodical, analytical approach to the HR landscape—a trait complemented by comprehensive training in HR Management, Analytics, and Project Management, alongside specialized expertise in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.

With a certification in Communication Skills and a focus on Conflict Resolution within the financial sector, Nada excels at navigating high-stakes professional environments. Beyond technical mastery, her perspective is shaped by a deep involvement in global social issues, human rights, and women’s empowerment. This rare combination of risk-awareness, data-driven expertise, and a human-centric worldview allows Nada to navigate complex organizational challenges with empathy and precision.
