Tanja Dugonjić is an independent attorney who cooperates with Zunic Law as Of Counsel on legal matters in which her experience and expertise provide added value. With nearly 20 years of professional experience, Tanja primarily focuses on corporate and contract law, as well as on providing legal advisory services to business entities.

Tanja has extensive experience in the implementation and management of M&A transactions, financing projects, and multinational projects, with a particular emphasis on regulatory compliance.

As a mediator, Tanja promotes out-of-court dispute resolution, including mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods. She serves as a lecturer in both the basic mediator training program and specialized training for mediation in intellectual property disputes, organized by the Institute for Mediation, Negotiation and Public Policy in Novi Sad.

She is fluent in Serbian and English.
