Ana Krstić Vasiljević is a Senior Associate – Attorney at Law, working in cooperation with Zunic Law Firm in Belgrade, where she is leading our Corporate, Competition and Rights of Foreigners team. She is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association and has extensive expertise across various areas of business law, allowing her to provide well-rounded, strategic legal counsel.

Ana has significant experience advising clients on Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Competition Law, Commercial Law,  Regulatory Compliance, and Insolvency Law. In Corporate Law, she assists clients with a wide range of matters, from company formation and governance to structuring, divestments, and shareholder relations.

She is also experienced in Mergers & Acquisitions, representing both buyers and sellers in domestic and international transactions, ensuring seamless execution at every stage—from due diligence to post-closing integration.

In the field of Commercial Law, Ana helps businesses navigate contracts, negotiations, and disputes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. She also specializes in Competition Law, regularly advising clients in merger control proceedings before the Serbian Competition Authority, as well as in investigations related to competition law violations and abuse of dominant market positions. Additionally, she assists clients in maintaining compliance with competition regulations in their day-to-day operations.

Ana has been recognized by the prestigious legal directory Legal500 as a Rising Star in Commercial, Corporate, and M&A for 2023 and a Leading Associate in the same field for 2024.

She earned her law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, graduating among the top of her class, and later completed her Master’s studies at the same institution. Committed to continuous professional development, she actively enhances her expertise in business law.
