Partner at Zunic Law, Nemanja Žunić, has been named the winner of the European award Information Technology Lawyer of the Year for 2025, presented by Lexology at an event held in London on 12 March, 2025.
Lexology awards this recognition to law firms, individual lawyers, corporate legal departments, and legal professionals across more than twenty different fields.
The selection process for the winners is based on research that includes market data as well as information gathered from the Lexology network, which has over 800,000 subscribers.
As part of the process, the Lexology team receives thousands of nominations, which are evaluated based on several criteria. In the qualitative research, Lexology assesses criteria such as communication skills, industry understanding, managerial abilities, and the strength of the candidate’s team. Additionally, Lexology collects data from independent third parties to gain an objective view of the candidate’s expertise and business practices. The goal of this process is to ensure that the winners are recognized for tangible business results achieved in their practice.
Based on strict criteria, the Lexology research team creates a shortlist of candidates from which they select the winning firms, companies, and experts in each of the defined fields.
This recognition serves as an additional boost for Zunic Law, following the award for the law firm of the year in Serbia in 2024, presented by the Lexology Index, as well as individual honors for partner Nemanja Žunić, who was recognized for two consecutive years by the Client Choice Awards as a Global Elite Thought Leader in the IT industry, as well as by the Lexology Index in the same field.
