Jelena Blagojević Lukić is an Attorney at Law specializing in IT and Digital Law, Intellectual Property, Data Protection & Privacy, Media & Advertising, and Corporate & Commercial Law.

She provides comprehensive legal support to technology-oriented clients, advising on the development, protection, and commercial use of digital assets and intellectual property rights. Jelena’s expertise includes drafting and negotiating complex IT and IP agreements, such as software development, licensing, and technology transfer contracts, as well as preparing privacy and data protection documentation, terms of service, and internal compliance policies. She regularly advises on GDPR implementation, cross-border data transfers, and regulatory compliance for digital platforms and international businesses.

Before joining Zunic Law, Jelena built extensive experience both in private practice and as in-house counsel. In one of leading law offices in Belgrade specializing in IP, IT, and data protection law, she represented clients before competent authorities and courts in intellectual property and data protection disputes, while mentoring junior associates and trainees. Her in-house experience at a major media corporation provided valuable insight into media and advertising law, digital publishing, employment, and corporate compliance in dynamic business environments.

Jelena is actively engaged in the professional legal community, participating as a speaker and co-author at seminars, conferences, and certified training programs in the fields of data protection, information security, intellectual property, and IT law. She also contributes to specialized professional education for data protection officers and legal practitioners working in the digital sector.

She is fluent in English, with native proficiency in Serbian.
