We are seeking a Corporate Law Attorney with 3+ years of post-bar experience to join the Zunic Law legal team.
This is a full-time position based in Novi Sad, with the possibility of remote work five days per month.
The Attorney will be responsible for providing top-tier legal services and advice to clients within a specialized team (with the specialization determining the team structure). The role includes conducting complex legal research, independently resolving sophisticated legal matters, drafting legal documents, leading negotiations, and managing litigation and other proceedings. The Attorney should also be prepared to take on a mentorship role with junior colleagues.

Hybrid work model (five work-from-home days per month)
Passed bar exam;
At least three years of experience in a law firm, court, or company after passing the bar exam;
Specialization in corporate and business law;
Strong attention to detail;
Experience delivering top-tier legal services within one’s specialization;
Openness to innovative and advanced approaches to legal practice;
Highly developed organizational and analytical skills;
Motivation for continuous learning and professional development—we nurture a lifelong learning mindset;
Leadership abilities and the capacity to successfully organize and lead a team;
Experience mentoring junior colleagues.
Having one or more of the following qualifications may provide a competitive edge:
Extensive experience in M&A transactions;
Official English language certificates (IELTS, TOEFL, C2 Proficiency, etc.);
Ranking by recognized legal ranking organizations (Legal500, WWL, etc.);
Knowledge of additional foreign languages;
Written recommendation from a previous employer, mentor, or colleague, or a reference contact listed in the CV.
