We are seeking an Employment Law Attorney to join the Zunic Law team, contributing to the development of a modern legal practice founded on high professional standards, technology, and a client-centered approach.

This is a full-time position based in Novi Sad, with the possibility of remote work five days per month.
The Attorney will be responsible for providing top-tier legal services within a specialized team, including:
Independently resolving complex legal matters;
Conducting in-depth legal research;
Drafting legal documents and contractual documentation;
Participating in negotiations and representing clients in court and other proceedings;
Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the professional development of the team.

Hybrid work model (five work-from-home days per month)
Passed bar exam;
Experience in a law firm, court, or company;
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, at the C1 CEFR level—we work extensively with international clients and use English as frequently as Serbian;
Strong attention to detail;
Experience in providing high-standard legal services within one’s specialization;
Openness to innovative and advanced approaches to the practice of law;
Highly developed organizational and analytical skills;

Having one or more of the following qualifications may be considered an asset during the selection process:
Official English language certificates (IELTS, TOEFL, C2 Proficiency, etc.);

Knowledge of additional foreign languages;
A written reference from a previous employer, mentor, or colleague, or a reference contact listed in the CV.
