Tijana Žunić Marić is an Attorney at Law and a Partner at Zunic Law Firm in Novi Sad.
Tijana specialized in IT Law and Data Protection while attending the University of Cambridge, as well as through internships at four leading London barristers’ chambers under the mentorship of prominent English barristers. Tijana has received the highest number of accolades in the field of data protection in Serbia.
In addition to IT Law and Data Protection, her expertise includes Intellectual Property Law, Labor Law, and Corporate Law.
Among her clients are multinational companies with a presence in Southeast Europe, as well as some of the largest IT companies that have established a notable position in the global sector.

She has also received recognition as a Global Leader in Labor Law in the Who’s Who Legal guide for 2023 and 2024.
From 2015 to 2018, Tijana Žunić Marić served as the Secretary of the Belgrade Arbitration Center (BAC), which is a permanent arbitration institution dedicated to administering domestic and international disputes under the auspices of the Association for Arbitration Law.
She completed her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad, graduating in the top 1% of her class and among the top 100 students in the Republic of Serbia. She completed her master’s studies at the University of Novi Sad (summa cum laude), the University of Luxembourg (cum laude), and the University of Cambridge (cum laude). While studying at the University of Cambridge, she was a scholar of the University and the Open Society Foundation. As an outstanding student, she was awarded by the Law Society of England and Wales.
Tijana is fluent in English and also speaks French.
