JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

We are looking for an entry-level Business Development Assistant with 0-2 years of experience to join our collaborative BD team on a multitude of responsibilities related to internal and external business development/client relationship activities.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

BD Assistant’s roles & responsibilities include reporting to our Client Relationship Manager & providing support with a variety of development activities, including:

  • Translation and proofreading of legal documents from English into Serbian and vice versa
  • Assisting with and drafting new compelling RFP responses & client presentations
  • Maintaining and improving content of the Zunic Law Firm brand portfolio (digital and non-digital)
  • Conduct market research and internal communications as assigned
  • Maintain integrity of relevant CRM data, spreadsheets and client lists
  • Scheduling, drafting and submission of several legal directories, awards and related international legal industry guides

REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, TECHNOLOGIES)

  • High English Language proficiency – written and oral (C1/C2 CEFR) is a must
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite with expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Attention to detail
  • BA degree in a related field (including Faculty of Philosophy/Philology, Marketing/Communications or Organizational Sciences, etc.)
  • Must be comfortable with technology and possess a general facility for learning new software
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with high-level attorneys, staff and clients and report to immediate manager
  • Ideal candidates must demonstrate the ability to be self-driven, work independently while making intelligent, informed decisions and multi-task and prioritize effectively and time-efficiently
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and CRM will be a preferred quality
  • Experience with administering WordPress will be a preferred quality
