Aleksandra Jaćimović is an Attorney at Law at Joint Zunic Law Firm Novi Sad. She is a member of the Bar Association of Vojvodina and joined the team in 2017. 

Her specialization is focused on work in the fields of Corporate Law, Dispute resolutionLabor & Employment and AI Law.  

In the field of corporate law, she primarily works on the company formation by natural persons and legal entities, both in the presence and absence of the founders in Serbia. She has gained experience by advising foreign clients interested in collaborating with Free Trade Zones in Serbia. She also advises clients on business structures, tax aspects, state subsidies, liquidation and incolvency procedures, as well as immigration and residence issues for foreigners. 

Aleksandra is engaged in numerous complex court litigation proceedings, representing both domestic and foreign natural persons and legal entities. To enhance the efficiency of debt recovery, she is also refining her expertise in enforcement proceedings. 

In the area of labor law, Aleksandra advises numerous domestic and foreign legal entities, prepares all types of employment-related documents, and represents clients in labor disputes. 

She completed her undergraduate and master’s studies in law at the Faculty of Law, University of Novi Sad, defending her master’s thesis in competition law on the topic: “Conditions for Exemption from the Obligation to Pay Monetary Amounts of Competition Protection Measures.” 

During her studies, she represented her faculty in the Willem C. Vis Moot Court Competition in international commercial arbitration and in a regional competition in human rights. She also participated in the ELSA Vienna Summer Law School on Dispute Resolution in Vienna, as well as the Danube Summer School in Ulm, Germany. 

Aleksandra is fluent in English and has intermediate knowledge of German.
