Jelena Đukanović is an Attorney at Law at Joint Zunic Law Firm Novi Sad. Jelena is a member of the Bar Association of Vojvodina and joined the team in 2019.

Her areas of expertise include Labor & Employment Law, Data Protection Law, Commercial Law, Litigation, Artificial Intelligence Law and Intellectual Property Law.

In the field of data protection, she has worked on numerous projects involving the drafting of documents and implementation of data protection procedures, training in data protection, compliance with GDPR regulations for both domestic and international clients from various sectors—including information technology, finance, fitness, as well as public safety, cybersecurity, and e-commerce. For her work in data protection, the international organization Who’s Who Legal awarded Jelena with a prestigious recognition and included her in the list of global leaders in the “Data: 2022,” “Data: 2023,” and “Data: 2024” global guides. Additionally, Jelena received the esteemed Thought Leader recognition for privacy and data protection in the Who’s Who Legal guide for 2023, as well as Global Leader for privacy and data protection in the Who’s Who guide for 2024.

In the field of labor law, Jelena advises and represents many domestic and international companies, particularly in the IT sector, providing legal assistance in drafting complex labor law documents, implementing labor law procedures, and representing clients in labor disputes.
