Kristina Jevtić is a Legal Associate at Joint Zunic Law Firm Belgrade. She is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association and joined the law firm team in August 2023. Kristina specializes in Company Law, EU Company Law, Bankruptcy Law, International Business Law, and Intellectual Property Law.

 

Kristina graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, as a student in the judicial-administrative program. She successfully completed her master’s studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, specializing in Company law, defending her master’s thesis on “Resolving Decision-Making Deadlocks in a Limited Liability Company’s Assembly.” Currently, she is a first-year doctoral student in the field of Business Law.

 

In January 2023, she was appointed as a Teaching Associate at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, for the Company Law course.

 

Kristina continuously enhances her knowledge of business law by attending various seminars and courses. She organized a panel discussion on the topic “Breach of Special Duties – Between Theory and Practice” at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, and coached participants in the simulation of a trial before the Commercial Court.

 

In July 2022, she interned at HSK RECHTSANWÄLTE KROLL UND KOLLEGEN Partnerschaft m.b.B law firm in Ingolstadt, Germany.

She was part of the team representing the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, at the National Competition in the simulation of a criminal trial in Niš for the criminal offense of Abuse of Position by a Responsible Person. During preparations for the competition, she interned at the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade – Special Department for Combating Corruption and in Erste Bank.

 

Kristina is fluent in German and English.
