Biography
Her specialisation covers complex areas of law: corporate law and changes of company status, European Union company law, insolvency law, international commercial law and intellectual property law.
Kristina works on complex cases within her areas of specialisation, where she is responsible for analysing legal situations, preparing strategies for resolving disputes and supporting clients through negotiations and proceedings, contributing to the resolution of the firm’s most demanding matters.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade on the judicial and administrative track, and completed her master’s studies there in the company law sub-module. She is a doctoral student in the field of business law and a teaching associate in Company Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade.
She continues to develop her expertise in business law through numerous seminars and courses.
