Client review on Legal500

‘The client experience of working with this team is exceptional, because it rests on trust built over the years and on outstanding results.’

Biography

He has extensive experience in criminal and civil proceedings, as well as in drafting and reviewing contracts and in regulating legal relations concerning real property.

In real estate matters he advises on acquisitions and sales, on the registration of rights and the resolution of title irregularities, and on lease and construction arrangements, taking a transaction from due diligence through to entry in the land register. Clients rely on him where a property matter has to withstand scrutiny later, so his work begins with establishing what the records actually show.

In commercial and civil matters he drafts and reviews contracts, advises on the performance and termination of commercial arrangements, and conducts recovery and damages claims. He represents clients before the courts and competent authorities, and where a case is better resolved without litigation he says so early.

His criminal practice is focused on commercial crime and white collar matters, acting for companies and their officers in proceedings arising out of business activity.

With more than ten years in practice, he works with the firm as an external associate on matters requiring litigation experience alongside transactional work.
