Biography
She has considerable experience in criminal and civil law, in the strategic conduct of litigation and in drafting contracts. She provides clients with dependable legal support in real estate matters and represents them firmly before the courts and other competent authorities.
Her litigation practice covers civil and criminal proceedings from the first assessment of a case through to enforcement, including the preparation of submissions, evidence and witnesses. She advises clients on whether a claim is worth bringing before it is brought, and conducts proceedings with a settled view of what the case is meant to achieve.
In real estate she works on purchases and sales, title and registration questions, leases and the contractual arrangements that sit around them, resolving irregularities in the records before they become obstacles to a transaction. In employment matters she advises on contracts of employment, internal acts and termination, and represents parties in employment disputes.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Novi Sad. During her studies she was recognised as a student of outstanding academic achievement and received the scholarship of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development.
