Managed Services

Legal and compliance teams, on subscription

Contract review, HR administration, vendor assessment and NBS reporting, DPO and AI officer. Five recurring functions run by our lawyers on our own software, for a fixed monthly fee.

Some legal work does not arrive as a single matter. It arrives every week: contracts to review, employees to onboard, vendors to assess, regulators to report to.

Managed Services take that recurring work off your team. A dedicated Zunic Law team runs it as an ongoing function under an agreed scope, with the same people and the same templates every month.

The difference from standard legal advice is the software. Requests, registers, deadlines and reports live on one platform you can access at any time, so the work is visible and measurable instead of scattered across email threads.

Benefits

Why outsource it as a service

What changes when recurring legal work runs as a managed function.

Predictable cost

A fixed monthly fee agreed in advance instead of hourly billing for every request.

No hiring

A complete function without recruiting, training or covering absences.

Senior expertise

Lawyers who do this work every day, across many clients and industries.

Continuity

The same team and templates every month, so knowledge stays when your staff changes.

Visibility

Every request, deadline and document on the platform, reported monthly.

Scales with you

Scope and volume can be adjusted as your business grows or priorities change.

How it works

From onboarding to monthly reporting

The same three phases apply to every service.

01

Onboarding

We map what already exists, agree the scope, volumes and response times, set up your playbooks and templates, and open your workspace on the platform.

02

Ongoing work

Requests come in through the platform or by email and are tracked against the agreed response times. The same team handles them every month.

03

Reporting

A monthly report on volumes, open items and risks, and a quarterly review with management on what to change.

Platform

Every request, deadline and document in one place

Clients work with us through the same platform our team uses to run the service.

Open requests, deadlines and response times across every service you subscribe to.

Who it's for

For teams without a full in-house legal function

And for in-house teams that need recurring work handled outside their headcount.

Companies without in-house counsel

A legal and compliance function from day one, without hiring for each role.

In-house teams at capacity

Routine volume moves to us so your lawyers can focus on strategic matters.

Regulated financial institutions

Banks, payment and e-money institutions with outsourcing and reporting duties to the NBS.

Foreign groups in Serbia

Local subsidiaries that need Serbian compliance run to group standards.

Model

How the subscription works

One agreement per function, or several functions combined under one.

Fixed monthly fee

Priced on the scope and volume agreed at onboarding, so the cost is known in advance.

Defined scope

The agreement lists what is included each month and how much of it.

Agreed response times

Turnaround for each type of request is set in the agreement and tracked on the platform.

Regular reporting

A monthly report on volumes and open items, and a quarterly review with management.

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.

FAQ

Most common questions

What clients ask before they subscribe.

How is this different from a retainer?

A retainer buys access to lawyers. A managed service buys a defined function with an agreed scope, response times and reporting, run on a platform you can see.

Can we combine several services?

Yes. Services can be combined under one agreement, with one team and one workspace on the platform.

What happens with work outside the scope?

We flag it, quote it separately and start only after you approve.

Do we have to use the platform?

No. Requests can come by email as well. The platform is where we track and report the work, and you can access it whenever you want.

Next step

Let’s scope your managed service

Tell us which function you want to outsource and roughly how much work it involves, and we will propose a scope and a monthly fee.
