Contracts

Send us a contract and get it back reviewed against your playbook, with redlines and a short risk note. Lawyers do the review, our software makes it fast and consistent.

Most companies sign the same kinds of contracts over and over: NDAs, supplier terms, customer agreements, DPAs. Each one still needs a lawyer to read it before signature.

Contracts is a subscription for that flow. You send contracts by email or through the platform, our lawyers review them against your positions and return redlines in Word with comments your team can use in negotiation.

Our software does the first pass: it compares the draft with your playbook, flags deviations and missing clauses, and keeps every contract in a register with owners and renewal dates. A lawyer reviews every contract before it goes back to you.

Benefits

Why outsource it as a service

What changes when contract review runs as a monthly service.

Faster deals

Agreed turnaround times mean contracts stop waiting in someone’s inbox.

Your positions, every time

One playbook applied to every contract, regardless of who on our team reviews it.

Lawyers on every contract

Software does the first pass, a lawyer reviews and signs off every redline.

Predictable cost

A monthly fee for an agreed volume instead of an hourly bill per contract.

No missed renewals

Renewal and notice dates are tracked in the register, with reminders before they pass.

Visibility

You see every open request, its status and its deadline on the platform.

How it works

From playbook to signed contract

Onboarding once, then the same flow for every contract.

01

Playbook

At onboarding we agree your standard positions on liability, IP, payment, termination and data, and set up your templates.

02

Send

Your team sends a contract by email or uploads it to the platform, with a short note on the deal and any deadline.

03

First pass

Our software compares the draft with your playbook and flags deviations, missing clauses and unusual terms.

04

Lawyer review

A lawyer reviews the contract and the flags, makes the redlines and writes a short risk note in plain language.

05

Negotiation and register

We support the negotiation where needed. The signed version goes into the register with its renewal dates.

Platform

Every contract, status and deadline in one place

Clients see the same dashboard our team uses to run the service.

Open requests, turnaround against the agreed time, risk level, the lawyer on each contract and upcoming renewals.

Who it's for

For teams that sign contracts every week

Typically companies with steady contract volume and no lawyer dedicated to it.

Scale-ups and tech companies

Sales and procurement move fast and need contracts reviewed without becoming the bottleneck.

Companies without in-house counsel

Managers sign contracts themselves and want a lawyer to see them first.

In-house teams at capacity

Routine contracts move to us so your lawyers can focus on the complex ones.

Foreign companies in Serbia

Local contracts reviewed under Serbian law, in English or Serbian.

Model

How the subscription works

One agreement per function, or several functions combined under one.

Fixed monthly fee

Priced on the scope and volume agreed at onboarding, so the cost is known in advance.

Defined scope

The agreement lists what is included each month and how much of it.

Agreed response times

Turnaround for each type of request is set in the agreement and tracked on the platform.

Regular reporting

A monthly report on volumes and open items, and a quarterly review with management.

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.

FAQ

Most common questions

What clients ask before they subscribe.

Who reviews the contracts, the software or a lawyer?

A lawyer reviews every contract. The software does the first comparison with your playbook so the lawyer can focus on what matters.

What is a playbook?

A short document with your standard positions on key clauses and how far you can move on each. We prepare it with you at onboarding.

In which languages do you review?

Serbian and English. Contracts in other languages are agreed case by case.

What if we send more contracts than agreed?

We let you know and either quote the extra contracts or adjust the monthly volume, as you prefer.

Do you negotiate with the other side?

Yes, if you want us to. Calls and emails with the counterparty can be part of the scope.

Is our data safe on the platform?

Documents are stored on servers in the EU, access is limited to your team and ours, and the platform is covered by our data protection and confidentiality obligations.
