Biography
She heads the department for immigration law and the rights of foreign nationals, and is also specialised in corporate law and real estate.
Marija’s work focuses on areas of law with an international element. She leads numerous high-profile cases, providing legal support to clients on complex questions of global mobility, with an emphasis on compliance and the cross-border mobility of employees, including assignments to and from Serbia. Her proactive approach and attention to detail ensure that clients receive tailored and comprehensive support when relocating to Serbia.
She is trusted counsel to high net worth individuals coming to Serbia, advising them on their corporate and personal business matters, including asset management.
She graduated among the top of her year from the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad and, on the basis of her academic record, is among the top 1% of students of her generation. In her final undergraduate year she held a scholarship of the Ministry of Sport and Youth (Dositeja), and she held a scholarship of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development throughout her studies.
