Biography
She has developed specialisation in labour and employment law, corporate law and data protection.
In the field of labour law, Marta has gained substantial experience advising numerous international clients on all labour-related processes in Serbia, with a particular focus on drafting internal labour bylaws and conducting termination procedures. Her practice is centred on providing end-to-end legal support, from process planning to implementation, ensuring risk mitigation and full compliance with applicable regulations.
Within corporate law, Marta primarily advises foreign corporations on establishing business entities in Serbia. Her involvement spans the entire process, including the selection of an adequate legal form, drafting foundation deeds and internal corporate documentation, advising on the allocation of state incentives, and representing clients before competent state authorities.
Marta completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in commercial law. She is also furthering her expertise through specialised studies in insurance law, as a scholarship holder of the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law. During her academic studies, she received scholarships from both the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development and the Faculty of Law as recognition of her outstanding academic achievements.
