Biography
Her areas of specialization include Immigration Law and the Rights of Foreigners, Labor Law, and Real Estate Law, with a particular focus on cases involving international elements.
Within the department for Immigration Law and the Rights of Foreigners, she provides comprehensive legal support to foreign clients in matters related to residence, employment, and relocation to Serbia. In addition, she offers advisory services in the field of Labor Law, particularly regarding the employment of foreigners, as well as numerous issues related to employment relationship. She also represents clients in all legal matters related to real estate and property rights.
Throughout her professional career, Milica has successfully completed training in the field of mediation.
After graduating from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Law with excellent grades, Milica continued her professional career as an intern at the Notary Public’s Office, where she completed her internship in the field of Contract Law and Inheritance proceedings. She continued to work in this field of law at a Notary Public’s Office as an associate.
During her undergraduate studies, Milica was also a scholarship holder of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, and an active student-volunteer in an NGO “The Customers Rights Protection Association of Vojvodina”.
Milica is fluent in English.
