At Zunic Law, we are opening two positions for experienced attorneys. Both positions are at our Belgrade office, with a hybrid work model.

Corporate Law Attorney

We are looking for an attorney with at least 7 years of post-bar experience, with extensive background in corporate and commercial law, including leading roles on M&A projects.

The candidate will work on complex corporate matters for domestic and international clients, including technology companies competing at the global level. For the right candidate, this is a track to a team lead role or partnership.

Attorney for IT Law and Data Protection

We are looking for an attorney with over 4 years of experience since Bar Association admission, or over 6 years of in-house experience. The candidate should have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating IT contracts, as well as leading data protection projects (GDPR, DPIA, data mapping).

Deeper knowledge of intellectual property law and qualifications such as IAPP certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT) are preferred.

The candidate will work on complex IT contracts, EU AI Act matters, DORA and NIS2 regulations, as well as DPO roles for international clients.

Both positions offer a hybrid work model (four remote days per month), a flexible start to the day between 7:00 and 9:00 AM, and competitive monthly compensation with performance bonuses twice a year.

Our attorneys work on complex matters in the region, participate in international conferences, and publish professional articles under their own names.
